Any associated fees with downloading documents, if required, are the responsibility of the Contractor. It is the responsibility of the Contractor to verify the existence of addenda prior to the bid opening. This project consists of the removal and replacement of concrete sidewalk to meet ADA standards. Cost provided shall include all costs associated with completing the work. No bid may be withdrawn within ninety (90) days after the scheduled closing time for receipt of bids. The City of Olivette, Missouri, reserves the right to reject any and all bids, to waive any irregularities or informalities in the bid and accept the bid most advantageous to the City. A bid bond of five percent (5%) of the amount of bid shall accompany the bid documents. This activity is funded in whole or part with Community Development Block Grant funds pursuant to Title 1 of the Housing and Community Development Act of 1974, as amended. All applicable federal regulations shall be in full force and effect. Wages paid to all workers shall comply with the wage rates established by the U.S. Department of Labor and the Missouri Department of Labor Standards as detailed in Federal General Decision Number MO20190001. If there is any discrepancy between the two documents the higher of the two amounts shall govern.
