The City of Olivette (City) is requesting sealed bids from qualified firms or individuals for park signage, which consists of furnishing and installation of the specified exterior and monument signage. The bidder will provide design assistance with their proposal based on preliminary designs provided as part of this bid package. Question Deadline 05/16/2023 SCOPE OF WORK The Owner's Representative (OR) referred to below is NAVIGATE Building Solutions, LLC. The Owner referred to below is The City of Olivette. The Contractor referred to below is the Signage Contractor. This bid package includes, but is not limited to, the following: 1. Scope shall include all work outlined by the project documents (Location plans by DTLS(KAI) and Sign Message Schedule) issued by Kiku Obata & Company: (a) Primary Park ID Signs (Type G) - Fabrication and Installation (b) Secondary Park ID Signs (Type H) - Fabrication and Installation (c) Wayfinding Signage (Type P2) - Fabrication and Installation (Signage Vendor is responsible for the design development of wayfinding graphics. Coordinate with City Staff.) (d) Warson Park / Olivette Community Center Monument Sign - Design, Fabrication, and Installation o Styled to match combination of the Primary Gateway and Gateway Informational Monument in the Wayfinding Master Plan o Stone Base: Please note that the City will provide as Owner Furnished Material (2) pallets of facing stone.
