Site work and paving for a road / highway in Olivette, Missouri. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; and for paving for a road / highway.
The City of Olivette is constructing a community Trail from the Olivette City Center north to the intersection of Dielman Industrial Drive and Dielman Road. The project is being bid in two parts: concrete ADA transitions and asphalt trail paving. Bidders are invited to bid on one or both. Concrete ADA ramps will be completed before asphalt paving and project is to be completed fall 2021. Be advised that contracts over $100,000 trigger Section 3 of the Housing and Urban Development Act of 1968. Section 3 requires that economic opportunities generated by the expenditure of HUD funds be directed, to the greatest extent feasible, to low and moderate income persons via contracting, employment and training. All contractors and subcontractors working on this project will need to demonstrate compliance with Section 3 numeric targets and other applicable provisions.
