Renovation of a water / sewer project in Vestal, New York. Completed plans call for the renovation of a water / sewer project.
The Town of Vestal, Broome County, New York, invites sealed bids for repainting of one (1) welded steel water storage tank with alternates for exterior painting of West Hill and Carnegie Welded Steel Water Storage Tanks. All bids must be accompanied by a security deposit in the amount of FIVE PERCENT (5%) of the amount of the base bid in the form and subject to the conditions provided in the Contract Documents. No bidder may withdraw their bid within sixty (60) days after the date of opening but may withdraw it any time prior to the scheduled closing time for reception of bids. No Pre-Bid conference will be held. The Town of Vestal reserves the right to waive any irregularities or informalities in or to accept or reject any or all bids.
