As of September 15th, this project has not yet been awarded. A timeline for the award has not yet been established. All work on this Contract is to have a substantial completion by 12/01/2025. Bids must be submitted in duplicate in accordance with the instructions contained in the Information for Bidders. Security will be required for each bid in an amount not less than five (5) percent of the Total Bid. Section 143 of the State Finance Law requires payment of a deposit to receive these documents. Accordingly, a deposit of $49.00 is required. Deposits less than $50.00 are nonrefundable. Deposits will be waived for certified Minority and Women Owned and Service Disabled Veteran Owned Businesses.
