LEGAL NOTICE ADVERTISEMENT FOR BIDS NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that sealed proposals are hereby sought by the Board of Fire Commissioners of the Vestal Fire District, Town of Vestal New to Procure services Sealing and Striping of Parking Lots at the Fire District Properties. Bids shall be enclosed in a sealed, post-paid package marked "Parking Lot Maintenance" and addressed to Vestal Fire District Office, 1136 Front Street, Suite 1, Vestal, New York 13850. Such bids shall be received in the Fire District's Office by 12:00pm on June 18, 2025. Bids will be open and read aloud on June 18, 2025, at 6pm during the Board of Fire Commissioners Meeting. Proposals must be made upon the bidder's letterhead and signed by a duly authorized representative of the bidder. No bidder may withdraw their bid within forty-five (45) days after the date opening but may withdraw it any time prior to the scheduled closing time for reception of bids.
