Renovation of an educational facility in Cobleskill, New York. Completed plans call for the renovation of a educational facility.
Bids shall be submitted on page 4 of the RFP document, the Proposal portion of the Exhibit, and shall be mailed or delivered to the Mackey Service Building, 119 Schoharie Parkway North, Cobleskill, NY 12043 or e-mailed to LetoT@cobleskill.edu by the due date and time. The work shall include, but not be limited to, the requirements of the RFP, Exhibit A and A-1, the Prevailing Wage Rates (PRC# 2019009885) and the following: A solar array installed and connected to the utility company's grid at the SUNY Cobleskill - Kniskren House, 147 West Main St., Cobleskill, NY 12043 A solar array of 10kw to 12kw in size. The conversion from DC to AC shall be on a per-panel basis (micro-inverter or DC optimizers or similar technology). Array shall be of the ground mounted, parking lot cover variety, with all supporting members outside the existing parking area and not in tarmac. Racking shall be fixed. There shall be not racking left uncovered by solar cells when the job is complete. And cells will may a perfect rectangle when complete. Array shall be positioned on the ground in accordance with the campus' architect's required location. Utility servicing for that area is National Grid, interconnection application and incentive application(s) shall be included in the scope of the project as the contractor's obligation. Contractor shall finalize interconnection with National Grid as per their standards Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Set Aside: No CR Number: 2057569
