Requests for interpretation, information or clarification (RFI) of the Contract Documents must be made in writing to Cortland County and King + King Architects, not later than 8/15/19. Responses to RFIs will not be made over the telephone. Responses to RFIs will be advisory only and will not modify the Contract Documents.
