Renovation of a road / highway in Cortland, New York. Completed plans call for the renovation of a road / highway.

The City of Cortland Department of Public Works is seeking bids to remove and replace approximately 3250 linear feet of curbing on Grant Street and Arthur Avenue in the City of Cortland and also replace and or rehabilitate various curb ramps, in accordance with the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA), on various streets within the city limits (approximately 52 sites).All ADA curb ramp installations will conform to the NYS Standard Sheets - sidewalk and curb ramp details section 608-01. City of Cortland Department of Public Works Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Set Aside: No Minority Owned Sub-Contracting Goal: 0% Women Owned Sub-Contracting Goal: 0% Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Business Contracting Goal: 0% Disadvantaged Owned Sub-Contracting Goal: 0% All proposals being mailed are due Monday May 15th, 2023 by 2pm eastern time at 19 South Franklin, Cortland NY 13045. if mailing in proposal see notes about received by the 15th Contract term: 4 months County(ies): All NYS counties Location: City of Cortland Business entities awarded an identical or substantially similar procurement contract within the past five years: Adhan Piping The City of Cortland reserves the right to reject any and all BIDS and to waive any informality in any bid and to award the contract to the best interest of the owner.
