Remodeling of a fitness / recreation center in Normal, Illinois. Completed plans call for the remodel of a fitness / recreation center.
Project consists of build-out and remodel of existing spaces at 600 East Willow Street, Normal, IL. Any and all documents at issue, including bids submitted, will be subject to the Illinois Freedom of Information Act (5 ILCS 140). All requests for information (RFI) shall be submitted to Farnsworth Group in writing. The project team will maintain a record of RFI's. Written response to RFI's will be provided by Farnsworth Group and will be shared with all plan holders. Bidders must be properly licensed under the laws governing their respective trades and be able to obtain all required insurance and bonds. This project is subject to compliance with Prevailing Wage requirements as established by the State of Illinois for McLean County. All contracts for the construction of Public Works are subject to the Illinois Prevailing Wage Act (820 ILCS 130/1-12). Normal Township reserves the right in its sole discretion to waive irregularities, omissions, or reject all bids. The bid award will be made by the Normal Township Board and will be final.
