Control Number 16784506 Dismantling of Former Kedgwick Substation and Transmission Line 0028 - and the old transmission line 0104, and the old Neguac substation, and the old transmission line 0012 Various locations, New Brunswick. The Tenderer shall not claim at any time after the submission of the Tender, or the subsequent execution of the Contract, that there was any misunderstanding with regard to the Site conditions imposed by the Contract. The Tenderer representative must pre-register for the meeting prior to Tuesday, August 20 at 3:00 PM. Tenders are called under the Crown Construction Contracts Act are advised that a Bid Bond in the amount of Ten Percent (10%) must accompany your Tender Submission. When a Bid Bond is provided and the tenderer is awarded the Contract, a performance bond and a labour and material payment bond each having a value of Fifty Percent (50 %) shall be supplied to New Brunswick Power Corporation within 14 days of notification by New Brunswick Power Corporation.
