Site work for a water / sewer project in Liberty, Pennsylvania. Completed plans call for site work for a water / sewer project.
**As of October 16, 2019, the project has not been awarded. A timeline for the award is not yet determined.** The Contract involves the replacement of existing gravity sanitary sewer pipe, manholes and other associated appurtenances. For Contract No. 19-01, Bids will be based on a unit prices. A Pre-Bid Conference to discuss the Contract will not be held. The Work in Contract No. 19-01 is to be substantially completed within 75 days from the specified. Bid security must be provided at the time of bid submission in the amount of ten percent (10%) of the total bid price made payable to Liberty Township in the form of a certified or bank check or a bid bond issued by an accepted surety and executed by the bidder. Surety companies executing bonds must be listed in the U.S. Treasury Department Circular 570, as currently amended, and be authorized to be in business in the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania. Liberty Township reserves the right to reject any and all bids and to waive any bidding informalities.
