All work under this Contract will be performed at Robert Street and unnamed alley between "D" Street and "E" Street within the Borough of Liberty, Allegheny County, Pennsylvania. DRAWINGS The following drawing is included herein and made an integral part ofthe Contract Documents. Plan Sheet S-1 and MD-1. (These Drawings are bound within these documents and follow this Scope of Work). Contractor shall be aware that there may be conflicting utilities within work area that do not get located by one-call. Glenn Engineering does not guarantee that there will be no conflict with the proposed work. There will be no extra compensation for extra work required to remove obstacles in conflict with proposed work. This work with all related appurtenances shall be performed at the locations as designated and detailed on the Contract Drawings and as further detailed in the Contract Documents. The Owner reserves the right to evaluate the exceptions and objections and their right to reject the entire bid.
