The Project consists of televising and documenting infiltration on approximately 53,000 feet of 4 to 8 diameter gravity fed and forced main system with inspection of corresponding manholes. Bid security in the form a Certified Check or Bid Bond shall be furnished with the bid in an amount not less than 10%. This project is being funded in part by a grant from the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, Commonwealth Financing Authority. Bidders must comply with all funding requirements as described in the Project Manual and submit all required documentation of compliance. Liberty Township reserves the right to waive any defects, errors, omissions, mistakes, informalities, to accept any bid or combination of bids that are deemed to be in the best interest of Liberty Township, and to reject any or all proposals.
