For Construction Management Services for the 7th Street Grade Separation East Project The Alameda County Transportation Commission (Alameda CTC) invites you to submit a proposal to provide construction management services for the 7th Street Grade Separation East Project (Project). The performance period is anticipated to be a period of 48 months from January 2020 to December 2023. Responses should be submitted in accordance with the requirements and instructions set forth in the Request for Proposals (RFP), including the following: This contract will be funded in part by the California Transportation Commission's 2018 Local Partnership Program (LPP) and 2018 Trade Corridor Enhancement Program (TCEP), established under Senate Bill 1 (SB 1), and as such, will not be subject to the Alameda CTC Local Business Contract Equity Program. However, as local firms are a vital component of Alameda County's economy, Alameda CTC strongly encourages each proposer to consider the use of local and small firms in its proposal. Prime proposers must email E.W.
