Awarded Companies- Kimley Horn & Associates, Inc. Craven Thompson & Associates, Inc. Calvin Giordano & Associates, Inc For RFQ - A Continuing Contract for Professional Engineering Services Pursuant to the Request for Letters of Interest (RLI), TOWN is soliciting interested individuals, firms and entities to submit qualifications statements, performance data and other information relative to the proposed engineering services in accordance with the Consultants Competitive Negotiation Act (C.C.N.A.) - Florida Statute 287.055 and the Town's Procurement Code. The awarded contractor shall be required to execute a contract with the Town of Southwest Ranches in substantially the form attached hereto as Exhibit "A." In accordance with Florida Statutes, Section 119.071(1)(b)(2), proposals are exempt from public disclosure until such time as the Town provides notice of an intended award or until 30 days after the opening, whichever is earlier. The Town reserves the right to reject all or any portions of any proposal, to reject all bids, to waive any informality, non-material irregularity or technicality in any proposal, to re-advertise for proposals, or take any other such actions that may be deemed to be in the best interest of the Town.
