Site work and paving for a civil project in Southwest Ranches, Florida. Completed plans call for site work for a water / sewer project; road / highway; and for paving for a road / highway.
The Division is soliciting proposals from qualified and experienced firms for all labor, materials, tools, equipment, machinery, expertise, services, and all else necessary and reasonably inferable from the Contract Documents for proper construction and completion of the project consisting of excavation, construction of storm drainage pipe, stormwater structure retrofitting, stormwater structure coring, construction of concrete catch basins and inlets with grates, grading, filling and street repair and repaving, and installation of swales and grass sodding, and restoration. The Substantial Completion of the Project shall occur no later than one hundred twenty (120) calendar days from date of issuance of the Notice to Proceed, and Final Completion shall occur no later than one hundred fifty (150) calendar days from date of issuance of the Notice to Proceed. Pre-Bid Conference : Monday July 31, 2023, at 2:00 p.m. EST. The Non- Pre bid Conference will be held via Microsoft Teams , the link is accessible on the Town website, and the http://www.demandstar.com E-Bidding Platform
