Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Southwest Ranches, Florida. Completed plans call for site work for a sidewalk / parking lot; for paving for a sidewalk / parking lot; water / sewer project; and road / highway.
The Department is soliciting proposals from qualified and experienced firms to furnish, unless otherwise provided, all implements, machinery, equipment, transportation, tools , materials, supplies, labor, and other things necessary to the prosecution and completion of the Work generally described as follows: Provide labor and equipment required to construct the proposed improvements for the Town of Southwest Ranches Town Hall Improvements project. The Town is looking to repair and replace the existing Town Hall parking lot. Improvements include regrading to address ponding, replacement of curbing, adding flumes, drainage structures and associated piping and connecting roof drain downspouts to the drainage system. All labor, equipment, and materials necessary to construct the improvements described by the Drawings and Project Specifications will be provided by the contractor. Construction of this Project will require close coordination with the Town and Engineer. This project is partially funded using FEMA funds from Hurricane Irma.
