Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Gardner, Kansas. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; for paving for a road / highway; sidewalk / parking lot; sidewalk / parking lot; water / sewer project; and bridge / tunnel.

**As of April 13, 2023, project was awarded to Dondlinger Construction, awarded amount is $498,313.80 and the anticipated start time is mid May.** The City of Gardner is requesting bids for the Project: Kill Creek Trail - Quail Meadows, consisting of linear trail grading, concrete, ADA ramps, storm sewer pipe, box culvert placement, erosion control, seeding and misc. appurtenant items.
