Kill Creek Water Resource Recovery Facility Expansion Project All proposals shall be submitted to the Gardner Utility Department in sealed envelopes addressed to the City of Gardner, Kansas, Attention: Utilities Manager, marked "Progressive DesignBuild Services for "Kill Creek Water Resource Recovery Facility Expansion." The Request for Qualifications documents are on file at the Utilities Department, 1150 E. Santa Fe Street, Gardner, KS, 66030. Funding for the design-build project improvements have been estimated to be approximately $21,200,000 for a 2.5 MGD treatment plant which includes all design, permitting, construction costs, contingencies, preconstruction and construction phase services of the design-build team. Bidding documents will be shipped only if the requesting party assumes responsibility for all related charges. Corporate, certified, or cashier's checks shall be made payable to Drexel Technologies, Inc. Deadline for Submittal of Questions to the RFQ March 07, 2023
