All communication and all questions about an Open Call for Bids must be received no later than 72 hours prior to close of the Open Call for Bids. The Bidder, by submitting a Bid, agrees that it will not claim for damages, for whatever reason, relating to the contract or in respect of the competitive process in excess of the amount equivalent to the reasonable costs incurred by the Bidder in preparing its bid.
