Closing Time: 2:00 PM (NT) ** Please note that there has been 4 addendum issued for this project. ** Question Acceptance Deadline 2024/04/29 02:00:00 PM NDT Work under this contract includes but is not necessarily limited to the following: 1 Work of This Contract Comprises of the Replacement of an Existing Medical Vacuum Pump and Receiver With a New Skid Mounted Duplex Pump/receiver Package Which Shall Be Complete With Pump(S), Receiver, Controls and All Associated Piping. Refer to the Mechanical Drawings for the Full Scope of Mechanical Work. .2 Existing Medical Vacuum Piping Systems Are to Remain in Operation During the Installation of the New Skid Mounted Duplex Pump/receiver. Contractor to Coordinate With Owner Prior to Tie in With Existing Medical Vacuum Piping Systems. .3 Contractor to Tie Into the Existing Medical Vacuum Piping System During a Period of the Lowest Demand. .4 There Are Currently Two (2) Medical Gas Alarm Panels Onsite: Medical Gas Alarm Panel and Oxygen Alarm Panel. The Existing Medical Gas Alarm Panel Currently Serves Medical Air and Vacuum. It is Planned to Remove This Panel and Provide New Modules to the Existing Oxygen Master Alarm Panel to Convert This Panel to the Single Medical Gas Alarm Panel for the Building. The Existing Panel Shall Be Modified With Three (3) New Modules (Oxygen, Vacuum, and Medical Air). The Extension and Termination of All Existing Oxygen and Medical Air as as Well as New Vacuum Points Are Included in This Scope. Medical Gas Alarm System Downtime Has to Be Minimized. .5 the New Medical Vacuum System Shall Integrate Into the Existing Building Automation System Which is as Follows: .1 Honeywell Cpo Bacnet Control System .6 in General, the Electrical Scope of Work Includes New Breakers, Conduit, and Wiring. Refer to the Electrical Drawings for the Full Scope of Electrical Work. .7 Miscellaneous Cutting and Patching as It Relates to This Contract. .8 Dust Control Shall Be Included in This Contract and Shall Be Performed Where Required to Facilitate the Work. Refer to the Specification Sections on Dust Control Procedures and Temporary Barriers and Enclosures Included Herein.
