The improvement consists of: Natural turf sportsfield & stormwater facility construction, including mobilization, temporary erosion control, temporary pedestrian & vehicle traffic control, construction survey & staking, staging, access construction, earthwork & grading, permit compliance, infiltration trench & basin, infield, outfield, back stop, dugouts, foul poles, irrigation system & related wiring, demobilization. Scope of Work: Natural turf sportsfield and stormwater facility construction, including: mobilization, temporary erosion control, construction survey, access construction, staking, earthwork & grading, permit compliance, infield, outfield, back stop, dugouts, foul poles, demobilization. See Exhibit "A" attached and incorporated herein by this reference. Price Range: $850,000-$1,000,000 All proposals must be upon the Bid Proposal form provided by the City of Bellingham and must be accompanied by a certified check, cashier's check, cash, money order or bid bond payable to the Finance Director in an amount equal to or exceeding five percent (5%) of the total bid. No other form of bid security is acceptable. The right is reserved to postpone making the award for a reasonable length of time, to reject any and all bids, or to waive irregularities not affecting substantial rights. Time for Completion: Contractor shall begin work within ten business days of Notice to Proceed and will complete work on or before 120 working days.
