Notice is hereby given that the City of Bellingham, Parks and Recreation Department ("City") is soliciting for statements of qualifications from interested firms to provide construction administration, daily inspection services and/or all other services necessary to oversee construction. The City encourages disadvantaged, minority, and women-owned firms to respond. The selected firm(s) shall provide its services as requested by the City on an Indefinite Delivery/Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) task order basis throughout the duration of the Contract. The area of work may include various projects, which may include Cordata Community Park, and/or other projects. The purpose for this work is to complete any level of construction administration or inspection services including contractor oversight, coordination with utility companies, coordination with BNSF, daily inspection, coordination with permitting agencies and special inspection & testing companies, quantity measurements, written and photographic documentation, or any other services necessary to document and oversee the construction of projects Questions can be addressed to the Purchasing Office at the above address or by calling 360-778-7750.
