Renovation of a playground / park / athletic field in Kearney, Nebraska. Completed plans call for the renovation of a playground / park / athletic field.

Improvements include upgraded lighting, sound system and backstage rooms, ADA accessibility, facade restoration, power/electrical upgrades, improved sound system and a permanent roof over the stage. The Project consists of renovations and new construction for the existing Harmon Park Sonotorium and takes in upgrades for the immediate area around it. To the Sonotorium building it will involve a new ADA ramp and interior room renovations. Over the existing stage area a new steel framed roof structure with metal cladding is to be added. Other construction elements include wood framing, aluminum storefront windows, LVT flooring, hollow metal doors and frames, casework, mechanical and plumbing. The scope of the electrical work extents from the Sonotorium building to the yard around the building. Site improvements will also include utilities and concrete paving.
