Demolition, site work, renovation and addition to a mixed-use development in Kearney, Nebraska. Completed plans call for the addition of a educational facility; for the demolition of a educational facility; for the renovation of a educational facility; and for site work for a educational facility.
The project consists of the construction of an addition and renovations to Ravenna School. In general, the project will consist of approx. 12,418 sf of new construction and approx. 9,378 sf of renovation to the existing school. This will include a new elementary school entrance with a renovated admin area. The high school will also receive a new entrance, renovated admin area, renovated women s locker room, new weight rooms, new flex room, new classroom and labs. Specific work to include : demolitions, concrete, masonry, structural steel, casework, roofing, exterior finishes, doors / frames, hardware, aluminum storefront, interior finishes, misc specialties, fire suppression, plumbing, heating, electrical, site prep, exterior paving and utility work. Subcontractors interested in providing a proposal must submit a SEALED bid with BID SECURITY in the amount of 5% made payable to Ravenna Public School, either bid bond or cashiers check are acceptable. All successful bidders, both subcontractors and suppliers will be required to furnish performance and payment bonds / supply bonds (provide alternate cost as indicated on the bid form)
