Question Deadline 11/03/2025 All questions about the meaning or intent of the Bidding Documents are to be submitted to Engineer in writing. Questions received less than seven days prior to the date for opening of Bids may not be answered. Structure No. C001003805P and C001017510 Project includes traffic control, removal of existing bridges, construction of a Twin 12' x 6' x 44' Reinforced Concrete Box Culvert, construction of a Twin 12' x 5' x 45' Reinforced Concrete Box Culvert, and associated work. Bids shall include a Bid Bond in the amount of 5% of the total base bid, submitted via certified check, cashier's check, or bid bond payable to Owner. The selected bidder shall supply a Performance Bond and Payment Bond in the amount of 100% of the total base bid. Contract documents are available for purchase in hard copy for a nonrefundable fee. Bids must be submitted on furnished forms, sealed and marked with bidder contact information. The Owner reserves the right to reject any or all bids, hold bids for 30 days, and select the most beneficial bid. Estimated Budget is $250,000-$600,000. *The value for this project is based on a financial range. The value is listed as the highest possible cost from the range provided by a stakeholder or official project document.
