Renovation -The proposal will include material, labor and equipment to replace damaged chain link fabric. Alternate - The proposal will include material, labor and equipment to add chain link fabric, posts and gates to the bullpen areas Contractor/Vendor shall assume all responsibility for obtaining and verifying measurements. Contractor/Vendor shall work with City staff to keep disruption of park grounds to a minimum. Contractor/Vendor will work with the City of Kearney to determine sufficient staging areas to aid in the renovation work. Underground Utility Locations: The contractor is required to call Digger's Hotline to locate all utilities prior to construction. The City of Kearney will mark all irrigation lines. Construction window will be from November 17, 2025 to March 13, 2026. Project must be substantially complete by February 27, 2026.
