Project Title: SEEL-RM 356A-COSINC-FAB The General Contractor will be required to provide services to the University to work with the design team during the design process to assist with constructability reviews, and construction cost estimating services. The GC will attend design meetings as required during the design process which will consist of a Conceptual Design phase (est. comp 03/2020) and a Construction Documents phase (est. comp. 05/2020). Several pricing iterations are expected as well as a value engineering exercise as required. Final pricing is expected at the end of the design process and must be completed by mid-June. The GC will be responsible for providing input to the University and the design team to ensure that all necessary aspects of the design are included to ensure complete construction costs are captured Estimated Construction Cost: $3,500,000.00
