For Elevated Water Storage Tank Inspection and Maintenance The City of Dover is seeking proposals from experienced and qualified Delaware licensed firms for entering into an agreement to inspect and report the status of each Elevated Storage Tank yearly, and to fully clean and paint both the exterior and interior of each tank once within thecontract period. Also included in this contract is:exterior cleaning and painting of the Granular Activated Carbon Columns (GACC) & Anti-Siphon Loop, exterior and interior painting of the Lime Silo,and cleaning and painting of the Water Treatment Plant Clear Wells (hereinafter referenced as WTP Facilities). The organization or individual must be familiar with relevant American Water Works Association (AWWA) standardsand Delaware Department of Natural Resources and Environmental Control (DNREC) Source Category Permit requirements. All requirements are described in the proposal documents entitled, Elevated Water Storage Tank Inspection and Maintenance, Request for Proposal, RFP No.: 20-0004PW.
