Local Time Questions must be submitted before the due date identified in the Procurement Schedule for this RFP. All inquiries must be submitted in the Q/A section of the project listing in the Bonfire Procurement Portal. This Request for Proposal (RFP) issued by the Delaware Department of Transportation (DelDOT) is for the purpose of acquiring Proposals from interested firms to assist the National Pollutant Discharge Elimination System (NPDES) Program with inventory and inspection services related to compliance with the NPDES Municipal Separate Storm Sewer System (MS4) Permit Program, and statewide inventory and inspection of DelDOT-owned stormdrain infrastructure and stormwater best management practices (BMPs). Services may include but are not limited to Inspections; Environmental Services; GIS-Systems Analysis and Management. The awarded firm will assist with the asset management of DelDOT's stormwater system including the inventory and inspection of closed stormdrain infrastructure (inlets, manholes, pipes), open drainage system (outfalls, swales) and stormwater BMPs (ponds, sand filters, bioswales, etc.) statewide, with particular emphasis on Phase I and Phase II MS4 permitted areas. The method of Contractor Selection has not been determined at this time.
