Site work and new construction of a power facility in Dover, Delaware. Completed plans call for the construction of a power facility; and for site work for a power facility.
As of December 12, 2020, an general contractor has been selected for the project. A firm timeline for construction has not been established. Question deadline is Monday, May 25, 2020. If the proposal is to large to email, the vendor can send a link to file sharing site for the City of Dover to download from that location. All vendors must complete the request for proposal (RFP) notice and sendit via emailtodoverwhse@dover.de.usor by fax to (302) 736-7178if they intend to submit a proposal. Any vendor not returning the form may not receive published addenda. Your submission is not revocable for ninety(90) days following the response deadline indicated above. A proposal received after the closing date and time for receipt of the proposals is late and shall not be considered. It is the responsibility of the submitter to ensure that the proposal is received prior to the closing date and time. The City of Doverreserves the right to waive technicalities, to reject any or all submissions, or any portion thereof, to advertise for new proposals, to proceed to do the work otherwise, or to abandon the work, if in the best interest of the City. The method of contractor selection has not been determined at this time.
