Site work, renovation and addition to an educational facility in Montreal, Quebec. Working plans call for the renovation of a 110,000-square-foot educational facility; for the addition of a 40,000-square-foot, five-story above grade, two-story below grade educational facility; for site work for a educational facility; and educational facility.
Expansion and major renovation of the owner's facilities located on the De La Montagne Campus in Montreal. The scope of the project includes expansion, renovations and reconfiguration of the Joseph-Armand-Bombardier pavilion (JAB) on five floors and basement to bring together student activities, construction of a link between the JAB pavilion and the Principal pavilion, major renovations of the Principal pavilion of the building. The project will be LEED certified. Note. The Joseph-Armand-Bombardier building was previously acquired by the project owner from Montréal University. TIMELINE: The project is in a final design preparation stage. The owner may implement by construction packages and issue several tenders for package contractors. Tender(s) for the general contractor or package contractors are anticipated starting early/spring 2026.
