Upgrades and improvements to the Montreal University Institute of Geriatrics. The scope of the project includes construction upgrades and modernization of the building to adapt the 3rd East, 3rd West and 4th West living units for COVID conditions. TIMELINE: For reasons of budget unavailability the project has been postponed until 2025 and the owner has cancelled the Request for proposals for design services 2022-1546. If the project funding is approved and it proceeds, it will be followed in a new report. Coverage of this report has been discontinued.
