Unless otherwise decided by the PARTIES in accordance with the Contract, the Works must be performed according to the following Schedule: Work start date: from 2022-07-04 Date of receipt of the Works with reservations: no later than 2022-09-30 Date of receipt of the Works without reservation: no later than 2022-10-07 Bid Bond 10% is required. Performance and Material Bond 50% is required.
