This procurement is subject to participation goals for MBEs and/or WBEs, as required by Local Law 1 of 2013. Bidders are hereby advised that this contract is subject to the Project Labor Agreement (PLA) Covering Specified Renovation and Rehabilitation of City Owned Buildings and Structures entered into between the City and the Building and Construction Trades Council of Greater New York ("BCTC") affiliated local unions.
