**As of October 4, 2021, this project has not yet been awarded. The project is expected to be awarded around December of 2021.** Hudson River Park Trust is pleased to invite you to submit a proposal in response to this Request for Proposals for building construction services at Gansevoort Peninsula within Hudson River Park . The base scope of services shall be for the general construction of buildings, including foundations, structure, roofing, all finishes, roof planting, canopy, and fencing. The contractor shall be experienced in all aspects of the services. Respondents are required to disclose any conflict of interest(s) that may preclude them from participating in this solicitation, including participation in other Project contracts. Minority/Women Owned Sub-Contracting Goal: 30% Disabled Service Veterans Sub-Contracting Goal: 6 % Questions Due Date: June 21, 2021 - Submit to the RFP Email below by Due Date Question Response Date: June 25, 2021 - Responses provided to planholders The base contract must be completed no later than February 28, 2023 Anticipated Contract Date: August 15, 2021 3.2.3.2.
