Demolition, site work, renovation and addition to a medical facility in Sellersville, Pennsylvania. Completed plans call for the demolition of a medical facility; for the addition of a 170,000-square-foot, five-story above grade medical facility; for the renovation of a medical facility; and 13,000-square-foot medical facility.
The centerpiece of the project is a five-story, 170,000-square-foot patient care building that will go up adjacent to its Sellersville hospital in upper Bucks County. An existing building the health system uses4th, for offices will be demolished to make room for the hospital expansion. The new building will house a new emergency department, a full-service radiology suite, cardiac catheterization lab and operating rooms, intensive care unit beds and private inpatient rooms. The expansion is expected to be completed in 2024. As of June 26, 2024, this project is complete.
