Account # 665-C8WP-HP63-00, 670-C95X-BR41-00 The Work of Project is defined by the Contract Documents and consists of the following: This project includes new roof structures over existing concrete muck pits throughout the Kentucky Horse Park. This is Phase One of a Two Phase Project that the horse park is implementing to keep rainwater out ofthe muck pit areas. Estimated Length of Project: 90 (Substantial Completion) + 15 (Final Completion) This project includes new roof structures over existing concrete muck pits throughout the Kentucky Horse Park. This is Phase One of a Two Phase Project that the horse park is implementing to keep rainwater out of the muck pit areas. All bids shall be accompanied by a bid guarantee (in the form of a bid bond or certified check) of not less than five (5%) percent of the amount of the lump sum base bid. A 100% Performance Bond and a separate 100% Payment Bond shall be furnished by the successful bidder. All bonding and insurance requirements are contained in the Instructions to Bidders and/or General Conditions. Bonds should be executed by a surety company authorized to do business in the Commonwealth of Kentucky. RIGHT TO REJECT: The Division of Engineering and Contract Administration, Commonwealth of Kentucky, reserves the right to reject any and all bids and to waive all informalities and/or technicalities where the best interest of the Commonwealth may be served.
