Renovation of a museum in Chantilly, Virginia. Completed plans call for the renovation of a museum.
As of 12/12/2019, scheduled to be awarded on 12/16/2019. Maintenance & Repairs for the Main House at Sully Historic Site. Work shall include: Structural Repairs/Upgrades Interior Repairs Building Envelope Upgrade in Mechanical & Electrical systems The Contractor is to furnish and install any supplementary or miscellaneous items, appurtenances, and devices incidental to or necessary for a safe and secure project operation. The types of security and protection provisions required include, but are not limited to worker PPE, fire protection, barricades, warning signs/lights, site enclosure fence, sidewalk bridges, building enclosure/lockup, 24/7 site access control, environmental protection, and similar provisions intended to minimize property losses, personal injuries and claims for damages at the project site. No part of such provision(s) shall become the subject of a claim for extension of time or for excess costs or damages by the Contractor
