The scope of the project includes repairs/replacement of watermains and sewers, road improvement and paving work on Saint-Luc Boulevard from Champlain Street to Douglas Street. TIMELINE: The redevelopment of Saint-Luc Boulevard is planned in two phases that will take place over the next three years. First construction phase including the section between Champlain Street and Normandie Boulevard has been tendered, awarded and is followed in the report under CRM ID name Urbanization of Boulevard Saint-Luc - from Champlain to Normandie - Phase 1. Construction is underway. Tender for the 2nd construction phase is anticipated in fall 2024 and will be followed in a new separate report.
