Renovation of a mixed-use development in Saint-Jean-Sur-Richelieu, Quebec. Completed plans call for the renovation of a 22,650-square-foot library; and educational facility.
Reference Number : 1674968 Deadline for receipt of complaints: 2023-01-13 Major renovation of the Cégep Saint-jean-sur-Richelieu library. This includes renovations on two floors in the heart of the cegep to restore the library's two vocations: a place for research, reading and work, as well as a place of learning including meeting rooms, work corners, active learning classrooms, an exhibition hall and others. The renovation is intended to be complete: floors, ceilings, walls, ventilation, air conditioning as well as integrated furniture. The Works must be executed according to the following Schedule: Work can begin around April 1 and must be completed before August 1, 2023.
