TIMELINE: The prepared project concept submitted by the awarded professional consultant is under review at the owner. The owner has postponed the project implementation and has not included it in the City three-year capital plan for 2024-2026. Project will be followed if/when it proceeds to a design stage. Coverage of this report has been discontinued.
