Renovation of a municipal facility in Monroeville, Pennsylvania. Completed plans call for the renovation of a 11,500-square-foot municipal facility.
Project includes: 1. Re-Roof of the existing building, approximately 11,500 sq. ft. in area. The existing roof will be cleaned and prepared to accept the application of a cover board and new roof membrane, as described in the drawings and specifications. 2. The existing rooftop equipment and piping shall be kept in place to the degree possible. Elements that must be removed shall be reinstalled and reused where possible. 3. There is an existing area of ponding of approximately 300 sq. ft. that shall be raised by adding tapered insulation. The Owner reserves the right to reject any or all bids and to waive any informalities in bidding. Bids for the above-described work must be submitted on blank forms furnished with the bidding documents. Said bids must be submitted as one original and one copy. Bidders shall furnish proof of qualifications to perform the Work. Bid security shall be furnished in accordance with the Procurement Documents. Bidders shall comply with all statutory requirements in accordance with the Contract Documents.
