Sealed bids for the following commodities will be received municipality of by the monroeville, allegheny county, pennsylvania: baseball infield mix reinforced concrete products bituminous paving materials roadway crack sealant crushed stone sign materials fence & wilkinsburg-penn joint water authority material installation small paving in-place guide rail storm sewer grates, frames, risers, lids high density polyethylene (hdpe) storm sewer pipe and pvc pipe wood safety surfacing material BID must be EACH accompanied by a Certified Check or Bid Bond in the amount of ten percent of the total amount bid per BIDDING ITEM and made payable to the "Municipality of Monroeville". Bids must be submitted on forms supplied by the Municipality of Monroeville and must be based upon and in accordance with Specifications and Instructions to Bidders. Each bid shall remain firm for a period of sixty (60) days and all quantities indicated are estimates. The Municipality or decrease the quantities shown in the bid. Municipality The of Monroeville reserves the right to waive any informalities in or to reject any or all bids and to enter into such a contract as may be deemed to be in the best interest of the Municipality of Monroeville.
