As of June 30 , 2020 the OH Greenhouse project was awarded to Straight Line General Contractors. The new facilities will include two (2) green houses, one (1) headhouse and to accommodate program use requirements. Greenhouse Contractor to coordinate all scope regarding the greenhouse and surrounding areas with Complex Contractor. Complex Contractor will provide all sitework, fine grading, irrigation and planting surrounding the greenhouse at the completion of the greenhouse. Greenhouse Contractor to provide fully functional greenhouse including greenhouse structure and enclosure, foundations, slab and all utilities per the project documents. A graded, certified and surveyed building pad will be provided by the Complex Contractor. Greenhouse Contractor shall provide the excavation/ backfill of all foundations and utilities within the footprint of the greenhouse and to the various points of connection as illustrated on the Greenhouse Siteplan (Ref. Horticulture Complex Plans, Specifications and all approved Addenda (DSA #04-117182) have been provided in their entirety for the Greenhouse Contractor's use and coordination with the ongoing work around the Greenhouse site and these documents shall be incorporated into Greenhouse Contractors Bid as they apply to the work articulated in the Greenhouse Siteplan. The successful bidder will be required to furnish the District with a Performance Bond equal to 100% of the successful bid, and a Payment Bond equal to 100% of the successful bid, prior to execution of the Contract. Each bid shall be accompanied by the security referred to in the Contract Documents, the noncollusion affidavit, the list of proposed subcontractors, and all additional documentation required by the Instructions to Bidders.
