Bids shall be submitted in triplicate, on the provided forms, and they shall be complete with no alterations to the provided forms. No bid shall be withdrawn for a period of forty-five (45) days subsequent to the opening of bids or until the next work day immediately following said period, without the consent of the Housing Authority. The Housing Authority reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids, to reduce the scope of the project to reflect available funding, and to waive any informalities in the bidding, if such actions are in the best interest of the Housing Authority.
