Site work and new construction of a pre-engineered storage facility in Seymour, Connecticut. Completed plans call for the construction of a pre-engineered storage facility; and for site work for a pre-engineered storage facility.
The Town of Seymour reserves the right to accept or reject any or all options, bids, or proposals, to waive any technicality in a bid or part thereof submitted, and to accept the bid deemed to be in the best interest of the Town of Seymour The liquidated damage shall be the sum of five hundred dollars ($500) for each and every calendar day. The Performance Security shall be the full amount of the contract price. If the Performance Security is a performance bond, payment bond it shall be issued by a company licensed by the State ofConnecticut that is at Listsurety and has at least Preliminary Notice of Award: May 3, 2022 Contract Execution & Notice to Proceed: June 2, 2022 Contract Duration: 210 days The Town reserves the rights to amend or terminate this Request for Proposals, accept all or any part ofa proposal, reject all proposals, waive any informalities or non-material deficiencies in a proposal, and award the proposal to the proposer that, in the Town's sole discretion and judgment, will be in the Town's best interests.
