Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Buena Vista, Virginia. Completed plans call for site work for a municipal facility; water / sewer project; road / highway; and for paving for a road / highway.
Construction of approximately 18 acres of final cap including borrow area development, limited associated waste excavation, stormwater management, erosion and sediment control, gas vent component installation, associated quality control testing, construction staking, and road construction as outlined in the project manual. The Owner requires the Project to be completed in 240 calendar days from date of award of contract. Your Bid will be required to be submitted under a condition of irrevocability for a period of 60 days after submission subject to Section 2.2-4330 of the Code of Virginia, as amended. The Owner reserves the right to accept or reject any or all Bids. Questions will be accepted until 5:00 PM on the date of the Pre-Bid Meeting, October 25, 2019.
