Renovation of a municipal facility in Ten Sleep, Wyoming. Completed plans call for the renovation of a municipal facility.
When the bid exceeds $50,000.00, the successful bidder must, within twenty (20) calendar days after notification of the award, deliver to the owner an executed Contractor's Performance and Payment Bond in the amount of at least equal to One Hundred Percent (100%) of the accepted bid as security for the faithful performance of the contract. The bond shall be submitted on bonding forms as provided by the State of Wyoming, and shall meet all requirements as to form and execution. If during the contract period change orders increase the Original Contract amount, it will be necessary for the Contractor to furnish the State additional bonding coverage so that 100% of the Contract Amount is always provided. All questions must be submitted no later than Tuesday, October 29, 2019 by 2 p.m. on the Public Purchase online bidding system. Any questions received after the deadline will not be accepted or considered. All questions will be answered by the agency by 2 p.m. on Thursday, October 31, 2019. No telephone calls or emails will be accepted for questions.
